More of the same...another proof as far as I am concerned that it is a hoax document.

The 10/85 date is the date that should have been given as the "organization" date. Then a short history of Purewater, then the history of the change to PanAmerican.

It now occurs to me that even if this document was sent to the SEC, it might not have originated with the company --- much as that press release about Diamond Entertainment was not from the company, and other similar hoaxes.

This is turning into quite a drama.
