Don't be silly. By Russ' message, GNET is demonstrating that at the highest level, the company is aware of the issue and members' concerns about it.

I look at GNET's track record, and everything I read about the company going forward, and Russ' post further increases my confidence that this stock is the best bet in my inet blue chip portfolio. (See my profile for the also-rans <g>.)

Chris you are on the wrong board to complain about this imo. As a gnet investor I know that these internet sites either have to evolve or die. I am concerned with customer satisfaction which I see as the issue you raise but not at the expense of the future of go2net. An isolated financial discussion site with a bunch of members that were grandfathered in at no cost to them is hardly acceptable to gnet shareholders - would you buy stock in a company with a business model like that?

Maybe they shouldn't have commented on the future at acquisition time... of course gnet is a completely different company now that it is under the Allen umbrella and they have Vulcan to please... give these guys a break

Michelle is 100% correct in her response to you.

It would be greatly appreciated by this thread (Please note - Subject: Go2Net (GNET): A go?) to limit our discussion on the above topic.....stock, that is.

If memory serves me correctly, SI discussion threads are for the purpose of discussion the stock with other stockholders and investors and to those interested in the stock.

I see by your profile that you do not frequent other investment threads so would you please take your 'Datek' discussion to one of those other sites.

Thank you in advance
Sarkie
