Some questions which came up as I read the annual report.

Who is CDS with 19,641,623 shares or 66.9% of outstanding?

Who is CEDE & CO. with 6,551,676 shares or 22.3% of outstanding?

Did I miss the announcement of KRT abandoning the Clearwater project and writeoff of $901,140?

Is it true that KRT still owes $108,647 to the operator for the 1999 drill program or has that been paid?

I thought the mini-bulk samples were being analyzed in Canada but the annual report states that DeBeers S.A. will be doing the microdiamond recoveries.

And I love these statements..."The Company has incurred losses since inception and had a working capital deficiency of $258,589. These factors create significant doubt as to the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern."

Best of Luck,

Ross
