>>>>>>>>>>magruders contract was perfomance based.
he was promised stock based on signing of
contracts. well, he might have made some
agreements, but none of them produced any
revenue for FNET. so, he sued trying to
get his performance based money, FCM filed
a countersuit.<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Why did you leave out the important part Mark ????
It seems you are familiar with those papers, have you read the injunctive relief papers ????
So then there was no stipulated base salary of $ 150,000 per year in Magruder's contract according to those filed injunctive relief papers, is that correct ???
If so, from your statement above it's safe to assume he is / was the terminated employee referred to in the SEC filing ??

>>>>>>>>>thats my take and the reason it is a non-event
is because the worst that FCM will have to
do is pay him his performance based money.
quite frankly he probabaly has no grounds to
get any.<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

It is not a non-event according to that injunctive relief filing. Isn't that correct ?????

>>>>>>>as i sit here and think about you. i wonder how
pathetic you life must be for you to spend 3+
years bashing this company sometimes for hours a
day. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

However it is fine for you & others to spend a likewise time singing it's virtue's. When this has been the stock's performance for the last three years.

bigcharts.com.

Tell me Mark, just from the chart, who has been more accurate ??

Does anyone know if the injunctive relief suit was bought up at the shareholders meeting ???

PS Daine, I'll get back to later regarding your questions.
