Top of the morning to ya, t2k!

How has your weekend progressed. I am sitting at home reading the paper with a cup of coffee myself and I have to tell you that I really have no idea where the market is headed monday morning...

The Market is truly unpredictable these days, although my belief in MSFT is as strong as ever.

I now have a bunch of $$ sitting here that I am potentially going to throw at the Market. Not yet sure where to apply it is the problem.

Any thoughts from you or the peanut gallery as to what's in store for us this week??

Just curious as to the sentiment???

Tech; That's the spirit, and if you haven't noticed yet the
NDX futures are down hard, ( but they can change in a heart beat )
still it don't at this time look good for tomorrow.
---------------
I'v heard that the Run up Thursday was in large part due to
the state of Iowa making a move for the first time
and putting a lot of their retirement system into the market.
That caused a bigger run up than we can expect to happen on
a regular basis. Fridays volume was largely due to triple
witching and a lot of derivative swaps went on, so we have
to discount the volume on Friday due to taht process.
------------------
This week will likely give a better picture of just how well or
not so well the market is going to do. Last week the two events
along with CreemSpeaks act causing a "knee jerk" sort of
made the water to muddy to get a clear picture.
Trying to read those events into the market in either direction
is worse than reading tea leaves.
------------------------
As for the internut sector ,
quote.yahoo.com
Even the worst of ethos funds has faired much better in the
nut sell off than the retail investor, while most of them are
down they are not down as bad as the nut Indexes.
ATCHX looks like he was ready and shorted the box or went mostly
cash back in April and is waiting to see it pick back up before he
jumps back in.
----------------
I'm sure THRGX raised cash levels a lot back then , all in all
when the nuts do start back up the average retail investor is
not likey to beat any of these funds.
They have an advantage as they specialize , have buying power
and can get healthy allotments of the better IPOs.
