The way I see it, after I have bought my shares, Convertables, Redeemables, new issues, and debt are all debt. I realize this is not an accounting principle. To me, Debt is selling my equity in the company in order to accomplish a goal, which when it all gets sorted out in the never-arriving future, will be repaid to me when I sell the then increased-in-price stock I hold. If Bramson pays that debt back by paying cash to redeem the Redeemables before the goals for which the cash raised by issuing the redeemables has been accomplished, he is paying it back prematurely. (I do understand that things must be flexible and that things do change, but Bramson has stated that we will likely be unprofitable this year and possibly next, and to repay debt while operating unprofitably does not seem reasonable to me.)

<<In other words, I expect Ampex to be using O.P.M. and contribute their production capabilities and video knowledge base to generate shared revenues from e commerce, subscriptions and advertising.>>

And also creating a content base of their own. To accent Jubimer's point - they clearly have customers lined up for their new channels.
As one shareholder, I am the most confident I have ever been with AXC ... admittedly and quite possibly too confident. Not in the short to medium term price movement ( I really have no idea ), but in the business itself.
I think it will grow rapidly, and will rapidly generate a burgeoning and valuable asset base of content and expertise in what will be an explosive new industry. Guessing that eventually the share price will follow business developments. Eventually.
