Nope, no apology for an honest opinion. The user documentaries on this thread as well as others I've read suggest mostly the pc2phone product was inadequate. IDTC can skew the numbers any way they want, but the fact is I and many others who forked over the $25 are no longer accounts, but apparently still a user in their counts. I would expect "user" numbers to grow as more and more folks give it a try...the telltale numbers would include statistics on inactive accounts. sf
