blankmind, yes, this is typically the case, before they can subpoena SI for a "trace", I think that they have to show that they have a real case. Xircom recently had some poster claiming to be an employee, post negative stuff, and Xircom sued and is trying to obtain the name. I do not think the court has decided yet. There are issues of constitutional rights at the core of this.

As for IDTC, does anyone have a good explanation for the rapid growth in the cost of revenues? The increase in revenues is outstanding, but it seems that the cost have gone up much faster (revenue last q relative to last year about doubles, but cost about tripled). Was there a major shift in margins I missed?

It could just be the massive capital expenditures in infrastructure and the increase in servicing the network that still operates well under capacity, but if anyone has an inkling, I would appreciate it.
