"...it's Hauppauge, not Hauppauga"

It looks to me that some of the typos that are being encountered could be due the process of scanning a TEXT document....have forgotten the exact name for the process/program (my scanner is not working right now)....but it has to do with "character recognition" and the translation thereof..... Anybody know what I am referring to? Maybe I should say, "That to which I am referring" for the purists. LOL

Oh, you caught that, too? To re-emphasize Barbara's question----why this on Geocities, of all sites?

Thanks Pat. That explains it. I guess I took your statement at face value instead of understanding what you really meant.

The entire section on the business of the company is pure generic boilerplate and could be used by any internet-related company. However on the Form D it says the company's business is Mortgage Banking. Weird.

I'm still wondering who put it on the geocities site and how Kerry managed to find it while just casually surfing along. I've done some surfing (both kinds) -- finding sites on geocities with content that has extremely limited interest, and is made up of gif files instead of text, is not done by casual surfing.

Anyway, thanks for clearing up the mystery of your question. One down, several thousand to go.
