My analysis of this situation and information that I have been able to ascertain through various sources is that Mr. Pink and his followers shorted IDTC at approx. $30 and then heavily shorted it the day of and after the IPO was filed. This in turn demoralised the shareholders as they simply could not understand why the stock was reacting iin the manner it did. I selloff ensued so the strategy was very sucessful. After the last earnings report combined with the internet market being in a tailspin. They were encouraged to hold their short position. Just as many longs have expressed that they wish they had sold in the 30's. I'm sure Mr. Pink and followers not regret not covering at $18. Clearly the stock is under accumulation now by institutions. Every TA indicator available gives it a buy sifnal. The 50 day MA is only a couple of dollars away. Plus, the internet market has just now turned and will likely be running up.

Mr. Pink is capable of some great due diligence. He has shown that in the past. In that he is making but a feeble effort here. He is IMO obviously making a lst ditch attempt to protect a short position until they can comfortably cover. They are hoping in other words to at least slow down the momentum.

I view all of this as very bullish for longs and think once this covering occurs this stock will start reacting appropriately. My advice to any of Mr. Pinks followers, would simply be to cover while you still have aprofit and go long immediately. You will quickly make up the money lost by not covering sooner and can always re evaluate once the dusat settles.

Happy investing to all.

From yahoo thread:watch out shorts here come the longs
by:  <Picture: Sorry, I'm not available> YonisWorld (39/M/Safed, il) 83725 of 83941I posted this previously. I believe that IDTC is in for a good pop. Anywhere from 5-10 points. This has nothing to do with fundamentals, or the road show, or institutional buying. Although these and many more factors are ultimatly all factored in.

Regarding technical analysis of the MACD (Moving Average Convergence-Divergence Oscillator), every time the MACD moved up from below zero over the last year, the price poped 5-10 points in the following week from the low of the day that is crossed over. In this case, the low was Thursday at 19 5/8. In the coming days, we should see this hit 25 to even 30, before pulling back again to consoladate.

Good luck to all, just be careful!
