jhild. Since no official word has come from PABN as yet, it is all speculation. I like my theory as much as you like the ones you post all over the place. At least I have sent an email to the company requesting clarification. I doubt you have done so because you are making your story up as you go along without bothering to check the only authoritative source for your speculations. Observer

"Emil, your theory about OCR's makes no sense. " Of course it doesn't. He was answering the question of another (bill I think), whose idea it was, not Observer's. It does make sense (in a strange sort of way) that someone would use OCR to scan in an original document for the purpose of creating a fraudulent one, in this case, not the Form D form, but the PPM text. The reference to Investorsguru PROVES someone either scanned in someone else's work OR otherwise copied the text from someone else's work -- I wonder what the people at COSMOZ think about this! I find it very suspicious that you have utterly ignored this "little" problem. One can explain as typos the city misspelling, the 85 instead of 95 date, etc., but there is NO rational explanation which includes the conclusion "the reference to Investorsguru.com is a typo..." OCR is one way to obtain the work of another to create a fraudulent document. So, no matter how unlikely, it is not impossible nor can it be said legitimately that "it makes no sense" as you said. As I said yesterday, that is among the universe of possible explanations. However, Occam's Razor cuts different ways as I think I've pointed out rather clearly. Your simple conclusion is not the only one that fits the rather weird, but limited, evidence before us. Really? Are you serious? I guess your theory that the SEC, NASD and mob are in a conspiracy with PABN against us shareholders is not sinister and does not require a vast conspiracy to do it? I suppose your theory that Susan U = Mae Fu is not sinister and does not require a vast conspiracy to do it? I suppose your theory that I-T is operating without the knowledge or approval of the SEC and NASD is not sinister and does not require a vast conspiracy to do it? Which jhild is this? This must be the other one. The only rational explanation I can come up with is that either (a) there are two people (two individuals in different bodies) posting on the same account or (b) there is one person, having one body, but inhabited by multiple, different personalities. I mean you are the one who came up with "Susan U = Mae Fu" could that have been one of your buried personalities trying to let us know what is going on inside of that tortured mind of yours? What do the people who bring you your meds say about this? Do they have last names with U's in them? Do they have the missing R's? Do they know what happened to the missing dollar sign? Do they think it is perfectly normal to anonymously post Form D and PPM documents on geocities? Do they know you are using the computer unsupervised? PCM GO PABN!!!
