The software is OCR (Optical Character Recognition). It would be most inappropriate to use it and not correct the errors you would normally get. Especially on a document of this import. So, I seriously doubt this documents validity. That is unless your intention is to create a fraudulent instrument to deceive people. I doubt PABN would do such shoddy work. Don't you? I think you owe an explanation of that post of yours then in light of your denial now that the Geocities document is the product of OCR. Face it, you are busted trying to obfuscate with gibberish.
