"Well then I await your explanation on how Hauppauge is so consistently misspelled both throughout the Private Placement document and on the Form itself."

You await my explanation???? Now it is my turn to laugh. I have no explanation. I have a working hypothesis and some alternate possibilities. I am attempting to get an explanation, but that will come from the company, not me.

I find it interesting that you find it "Interesting that official looking stamps from the SEC are on one of the pages with the misspelling."

Personally I find the misspellings very suspicious and quite sloppy. Personally I find the "official looking stamps," which up until this message you were quite willing to accept as genuine, proof of either a forgery or incompetence on a monumental scale.

"(That would be the first page of the Form D, the one you seem to think is likely genuine.)"

For the record, once again, I think all of it is a forgery, but based on a real document that has been altered. That is my working hypothesis for the time being. I've mentioned other possibilities for the sake of discussion etc. As I have instructed you in the past: DO NOT PUT WORDS INTO MY MOUTH. I CONSIDER IT OFFENSIVE, ABUSIVE AND AN EXAMPLE OF HARASSMENT.
