Conmfirmation from PABN is really unnecessary. We know from Barbara that they filed a Form D. We apparently have a copy of a Form D filing that has been posted. Someone that has also received a copy of the filing from the SEC has confirmed that what has been posted is the same as what they received from the SEC. But you are going to wait for what from the company? Their no comment? Their refusal to post the Form D that they say they have filed? Their standard statement that their website is the only official source of information - the SEC notwithstanding? The only speculation here is more an apparent hope on your part that the document is false. Looks to me like the proof is mounting that it is accurately drawn from the SEC filing. Indeed we shall see. But if I were you Mr. Wiley Coyote (See wuarchive.wustl.edu I would step off the road when you hear the horn of that 18 wheeler.
