Oh yeah, I forgot one other thing.

Trade Disputes:

1. Trade disputes will be handled by me. The party that objects to someone's number will pmail me the appropriate posts. If on it's face I can determine whether an adjustment should or should not be made, I will do so and offer the participant a chance to inform me as to why an adjustment should not be made if that is my conclusion. If I cannot determine on its face that an adjustment should or should not be made, then no adjustment shall be made. Any disputes will be kept confidential and the party disputing the call will not be named.

2. If there is a problem with my pricing, the above procedure shall be used, but the Pmail will be sent to Nemer and he will determine whether or not an adjustment should be made to my account. IF so, he will notify me only that a price has been called into question and that the adjustment is necessary.

I will construe prices somewhat liberally, because as noted in the rules it is hard to track exact pricing at the time someone wishes to make a trade due to time and sales and SI's clocks being different.

(Hope you agree to that Nemer!)
