Calvin...

This almost sounds bogus. Maybe Sam Srinavasin is calling the shots from the watery grave that he is laying in.

Would you please elaborate on your statements?....I am not familiar with this name...

TIA
My best,
~T.

Calvin,

The way I understand the charges, the $500 million allocated toward the fab agreements and restructuring a couple quarters ago has not been used up and the IBM deal should fall under that charge. Whether the total charges will come in over or under $500 million is perhaps still an open question, but I do not think this is intended as an additional charge to that.

Regards,
G.P.
