Sam Srinavasin was the CFO during the 1997 fall from $50/share. It is said that due to his book keeping skills, CRUS lost hundreds of millions. But I don't blame it all on him. Hackman had a hand in it as well.

It just seems fishy that everyone knew that the fab deals were and are a financial drain. Then the company takes a charge of $500M and says it is due to the fab deals with the impression (and anyone else can jump in at any time) that the charges would cover the cost of getting out of these deals. Now, we get a press release that states otherwise.

There is just no credibility, no nothing. I feel sorry for everyone that has a position above $10 (except for Teo)
