Handshake, thank you for calling me a genius. You are too kind in your praise. I'd still like a simple yes or no, without the slanderous innuendo or ludicrous conspiracy crap, thanks. Are the MDHM preferreds that NPEC holds convertible at less than a $1 share price for MDHM, and which time they are convertible for 4 common shares for a price of conversion of $0.25 each? I am a stakeholder seeking a simple answer to what for you should be a simple question. As stated, I will not call the company as they have not been factual with me in the past. I ask this of you in good faith that you will respond maturely. 3rd time's the charm?
