Yes third time is the charm....lets see the preferred issue is convertable at $1.00 . In other words (and forgive me if I seem too simple in my explanation, I'm not sure of your market savvy) should Medinah Mining trade at $1.00 a share after July 9th or 10th then 1/3 of their (NPEC's holdings of the preferred can be converted into common stock), and can be converted again in the year 2000, & 2001. Now there has been some confusion whether it was 1/4 and 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002...but it doesn't matter. IT JUST doesn't matter. When and if is only important if Medinah has the goods. I think you and I'll agree should then stock trade at a dollar then very fair to assume a take out is not that far behind and if a tender offer is made the conversion is absolute in that all of the shares would be converted to common and tendered. Thats why I am only concerned in seeing a JV with a major thus giving them the creditability needed to shut the bashers/shorters up... then moving on to the next phase which is getting to "probable" reserves and a tender offer.....As far as calling the company and not getting factual information, I say call Les Price. If that conversation makes you feel uneasy afterwards then you should sell 100% of your holdings....

There thats my good faith answer I hope it helps and if you have any more questions please PM me...

Thanks,
Vince

Boddington,

Hey Man, we're pretty much counting on mdhm selling for some real bucks. The 1.25 is actually a moot point with us that are long.

Sorry we can't help you with this.

Heck, I'm not proud of it, but I have actually paid 1.50 for Medinah Energy. Thank goodness, I didn't buy but a 1,000 shares.

Us longs have already analyzed this thing to death. I'm just looking forward to counting my money when this thing plays out.

And maybe its me, but, some of us are stepping to the "short rows." We may be dragging, but, we're getting there.
