Edit to previous post: Assuming the form D was filed prior to any disclosure (to a limited number of investors) - so this isn't illegal right? Looking for opinions.

You are correct, the company's actions in not advertising the private placement are not illegal in the least, if those documents are genuine. please consider the following: "...a public announcement of their private placement..." A company is not allowed by law to advertise a private placement. jhild's lack of comprehension of the meaning of "public" is well documented. It now appears he is equally ignorant of the term "private." This is an example of why any "help" he might want to offer is not needed or wanted. The learning curve is just too steep... PCM GO PABN!!!
