Speaking of motives... last Thursday we attempted to issue a press release through BW announcing we had filed our Motion to Strike. I got a call back telling me that Cathy Baron Tamraz had nixed it.

As we paid to become a member, and as our only other PR was prepaid by credit card meaning we should have been a member in good standing, the only conclusion I can draw is that BW is attempting to censor us. Even newspapers who are not "pay for play" allow their critics to respond via letters to the editor. I asked for a written explanation but so far have yet to receive one. Today I found out that our account has been terminated.

... and [rd]'s motive is suspect, as well.

Hardly suspect. On the contrary, their intent is quite clear, to delay, and make the defense more costly than what it will already be.

Such behavior is typical of the low class sewer rats that they are, if they sought fair justice they would be up front and never be afraid of the facts.

Let them bifurcate their own culo, so they can get it in stereo. <g>
