Well so far Fred the only explanation forwarded that this is a hoax relies on the notion that the PABN/PRWT management team is somehow incapable of making such a filing. If their record in Belize is closely analyzed against their prior statements, this defense melts like frost in a flame.

Otherwise, until it can be shown that PABN/PRWT did not file this Form D, I don't see how your PairGain innuendo will get much traction.
