Please don't agree with me. It makes me really nervous. LOL.I had to reread my post twice to see what I could have possibly said that might be agreeable to you.
Let me tell you again. The Form D is exactly 8 pages. The rest of the post you keep talking about is not a FormD.
Its is prospectus for a private placement. I don't even think PABN has or had to file that along with a FORM D. I see no where on the Form D that says one has to be filed.
