WCOM's willingness to use firewall-1 server will be a plus for Checkpoint. MCI WorldCom is playing a leading role among the internet players. AT&T also have a good business relationship with CheckPoint. I believe the cable-internet and satelite-internet connections will bring more business opportunities to CHKP. Checkpoint should be able to soundly beat the estimated numbers ($0.50) as they used to do.
