E!,

I just think LSI is getting toppy and is vulnerable to some profit taking. Yesterday LSI started off with a slight selloff on very low volume while the rest of the Semi sector was igniting. When is was evident that the techs were not going to selloff then the buying started to move in.

I saw the volume start to pick up around 2pm with large block trades. Then I decided to take a quick trade and was actually lucky to get in at 43 15/16. I took a quick 1/2 pt profit and was surprised to see I left another 1/2 on the table.

A lot of accumulating appears to be going on above 40. Should be range bound 'til next earnings. I still have my core holdings on LSI and do not plan to ever sell them, but there is good opportunity for trading LSI and/or selling short term covered calls. I think LSI is going to be another TER type performing stock this year and we probably will be in the 60's by 1st quarter 2000.

Good Luck Trading
