Chuck, the fact is that in all real estate transactions it takes a while to cross all the T's and dot all the i's and with this relaesed out today..it REALLY means that the Financing is a DONE DEAL...I was holding my breath that the MONEY FOLKS were not gunna ask for a PIECE of P-South. Charles, <<value added to the company>> There's lot of news in the PR that has value added. Please be specific, what part are you referring? PS, BTW, someone in the past said that Maxam would have difficulty distributing the preferred shares. Weeks ago Dale was asked about that and I forgot to tell you that there is no basis to that statement. That's what transfer agents are responsible to achieve. Guess I'm still sandbagging you. <VBG>
