Owen Naccarato, Esq., the attorney who is mentioned on page 30 of the private placement memorandum, says he filed the 504 Private Placement Memorandum on behalf of PanAmerican Bancorp. He also says the reference on another page to "purchasing investorsguru.com and an on-line casino" is a mistake. geocities.com IMO, this clears up a couple of things: 1) the document is not a "cut and paste" from the Cosmoz.com filing, as I and others have speculated as a way of explaining the Investorsguru.com error; and 2) it supports the theory that the posted document is genuine. Does anyone want me to FAX a copy of the Form D and its attachments that I received from the SEC to Mr. Naccarato to see if it matches the one he filed on behalf of the company? PatP
