Hey, hey! Looks like a fragmentation post went off in here. Let us not over look the fact that anything that shows VC's there are exit strategies to be had (even psychological)will be welcome in the biotech start-up trenches. In biotech at least, it would sure seem that friendly takeovers will get you more of the value of a company than a hostile one when the talent runs for the hills. Less true of pharma where you often get a nice franchise. So no more talk of hostile takeovers, ya'all hear? OK, back to munching and let's have a nice clean bidding fight.
