Dimd has been having cash flow issues so they needed some deep pockets to spend some money on marketing to show some decent numbers to take it public.

The same person I heard the Dimd buyout rumor is(they) are 100% sure that CREAF will be buying S3 after the spin out is completed and S3/DIMD deal is done. Same person that is still saying Dimd shareholders will end up with $9 a share in Oct.
