Simultaneous TV/Monitor output + DVD-Anywhere

I noticed this too (mon turns to crap when TV-out enabled). But since I moved my TV away from my computer, I didn't care too much about it. But I thought they WOULD work together - at least that's the impression the driver settings gave me. Is there any official word on this? Seems like it would at least disable the monitor instead of turning to crap. That's what my Viper 330PCI did when TV-out was enabled. This is better technology?

BTW: I too want to use DVD Anywhere. I'll probably get it anyway, since I don't intend to use the computer at the same time as watching a movie. Remember too that DVD-Anywhere takes RCA inputs, not S-Video. The Big Picture product by X10 is almost the same thing, but it uses the monitor-out instead, and the transmitter/receiver package might be the older version. X10 has a poor marketing paradigm that always displays "order before Midnight (today)!". Perhaps one of these days they actually will raise their product's price to $249 instead of $100, but not the few times I've checked it out in the last month. Still, although I might not like the Ron Popeil (RonCo) type marketing tactics, I can't argue with the results.

Cheers,
timbur
