The good is that current holders are being given the opportunity to buy shares (without commissions) to maintain their "proportion of the equity, the bad is that one may be throwing "good money" after "bad money". From these thread I get the impression that many investors consider these sub 1/16 prices "attractive", a right offering would give those investors the chance to put their money where their mouth is.
