Stock Watcher, Here is the response from my email to BizRocket (BIZR). They're working on a Investor relations firm to get the word out, should be hearing things soon. 1. How does your site make money and does it have any other income producing ideas? Here are a few of the profit centers: 1) Web site development 2) Hosting 3) Search engine placement 4) Membership program 5) Banner sales 6) Channel Bank sales 7) Seal program 8) Safe-Mall 9) Safe-Auction 10) Classified ads and more. 2. What are your plans for the future? Addition of free real time stock quotes and other functionality to build site traffic. Creation of another portal that appeals to women and children. 3. Do you plan hiring a Investor Relation company? Yes. 4. Do you have any PR (Press Releases) coming soon and are good news? Please stay tuned. 5. Why is the Federal Trade Commission investigating your business? They want to be sure that companies that offer a seal program such as ours are legitimate. After my meeting with them in Washington DC, they have said that we don't have to answer the letter of investigation. They will get back to us should they have any questions. 6. What are your total shares and in the float and how many shares are held by people in the company? Approximately 44 million total approximately 3.5 million in the float I hold the largest number (approx. 80%) 7. How many employees do you have and what is the equipment you use for your site? We are just beginning the operations so we have a small staff. We use our own server (DEC Prioris dual processor with RAID array). 8. It has been said that you are going to form an alliance with many sites, what sites? To be announced 10. When do you expect to be filing financials? We are completing an audit. Then we plan to file a form 10 11. How much is your company is in debt, if any, how much cash do they on hand? These valuations and calculations are in the audit stage now. 12. Do you have any legal matters the investors should be aware of? Yes. There are a few legal matters related to the old Home Care Business (prior to my involvement). I'm hoping that these matters will be solved in the near future 13. There seems to be 5 to 6 banners advertising on your site, do you make money from these advertisers? The banner manager on the site contains some banners from members and some banners from companies that were instrumental in helping build the site. Shortly, we plan to use a banner advertising agency to sell that banners. 14. What are the terms of the April 99 $800,000 private placement? Part of the funding went towards buying my Internet company, and the remainder was put in the company. ShugNite
