Shug; thanx for posting BIZR e-mail response to questions; one item caught my eye: the FTC usually doesn't tell a company that it doesn't have to answer a letter of preliminary inquiry; you might want to obtain additional info. on this meeting;

the rest of the letter & answers look good; especially float @ 3.5M;

pardon my lack of knowledge, but what is a "Seal Program" ?
