Well let's look then at their record on when they have said that they will file their financials. Their performance is pretty miserable is it not?

They said in the 2nd qtr. Are they going to file an audited 10-K before their oft stated end to the second qtr. or are they going waffle and postpone yet again with some new feeble excuse?
