Looks like a nice place. You could get the same home here for less than $200,000. It looks to be about the same as my place, except we only have 4 bedrooms and one fireplace.

When you're in Baton Rouge, could you do me a small favor and find out if the Cajun Electric Power Cooperative bankruptcy has been closed. My old company was one of the bidders for the assets and I spent a lot of time working on the deal. It was still pending when I left a year ago and there was no end in sight. Talk about a political hot potato.

Yah it does look like a nice place. Has possibilities. Of course, I am speaking as a gifted person. Who is well known in The West for turning less fortunate properties and commodities, that is silk ears, into a sow's purse.

And on special occasions, a silk purse ~ into a sow's ear. Try that, you pretenders.

The basic shape has quality. Can't see much detail, but.......can be handled well. I mean I'm not saying it isn't good; just that it can also appreciate, which is my overriding criteria in any house. (Some "there" to start with.)

All I get with this URL is 'unable to locate this property'.
Seemed to work for everyone else, though. How can I screw up clicking on a URL?
