RB,

I don't actually own FSII ... I own some CFMT and am therefore pretty interested to hear what FSII has to say ... given their pending acquisition of YieldUp ...

I was sorta surprised that FSII would be at all interested in YieldUp ... and I was also surprised to read the tone of the release ... though I did not listen to the call.

You post excellent insight Running Bull. I have traded this one many years ago (before the S.E. Asia issues) and I have since followed it out of the corner of my eye.

I believe this company should be "liquidated", ie. sold off in pieces immediately, before the huge losses start showing up. I believe FSII failed as a company because it operates in Minnesota, far removed from the industry talent found predominately in California. If you think it thru, the engineering, design, and management talent is in California and I believe it was difficult to attract this talent to a corn field in Minnesota. In this light, every other issue/obstacle facing this company is secondary. All IMHO.
