$Mogul, if they raised the oustanding shares by 10 million, can u give me a reason why should I buy this but not eTrade, without any restrictions?

$Mogul, I think they'd have to file an S-1/A with the SEC to increase the number of shares outstanding.

Mogul:CNBC dudes are bunch of idiots if you ask me,as you know they have no need to increase the outstanding shares since they already have 360 some odd million outstanding. This is what Reuters says:-

...Investors, however, still have an appetite for online brokers and ordered ''significantly'' more Waterhouse shares than are available, people close to the deal said on Tuesday.

Analyst Randall Roth of Renaissance Capital's IPO fund said he expected the shares to start trading on Wednesday at a ''healthy'' premium to the initial offering price.
