Yep its SEC time....thats the only way to get this handled the right way. Hell maybe Justice Dept. that way we make sure the SEC doesn't take care of one of it's own....ya no what I mean! .... The other issue would be any share imbalance Don't forget that an imbalance can be caused by either the demand side or the supply side.
