I really made a sign that reads "Buy MRVC" and have been
standing on the corner at Venice Beach waving it at everyone
hoping someone might buy a share or two. Did it work?

and the stock goes doooowwwwwwwnnnnn.

Should I expect something different?

So, The buy out rumor appears to be true.

That's what my sources had said, but I don't want to be a rumor monger.

Now, given the amount of financial instruments this company has outstanding, with a magic price of $35, IMO, if a division is sold off, it would not be done for less than $35.

Any comments or opinions?

Let me get this straight:

MRV division alone is worth $600 million to $1 BILLION, but the market cap of the whole company is only $300+ million?

That seems to value all the networking arms at MINUS $300 million to MINUS $700 million.

Now if that fact doesn't point out to the market how undervalued MRVC is, I don't know what will (besides this post of course).
