If a speculative stock trades at $8 with an upside of only $10 it's time to short some again as I've done today. I have to read all the promo but this one doesn't make a lot of sense. A major sells to a junior and the govt approves the deal knowing the junior can't finance the project without bringing in a major? What kind of logic is this?
