I agree with you Glen my math may be wrong, please correct me if it is; I figure they need 10 to 12 mill (15 mill if you add all contigences) to drill and complete a well. Average share price of the JV partners based on todays closing is approx 20 cents, most if not all of the players dont have two nickles to rub together so a total of 60,000,000 shares will have to be issued through new issues and private placements (warrants not included) Later Taff
