I don't like Clinton but I hate demagoguery worse. I know that feeling. I've ben howling a bit lately, on boards where people care about that sort of thing, about the recent attempts to paint China as a bitter enemy, a direct threat to American security, and the successor to the Evil Empire. All for the sake of denouncing Clinton for being too cozy with "the enemy". Clinton can have what's coming to him, but burning US/China relations on the altar of party politics seems way over the top to me.
