Depends on the nature of the bear.
If we keep getting a good size correction in the internets and techs maybe they will recover while the rest of the market goes thru a bear cycle and maybe they won't. I really can't say exactly how they will actin an environment like that, but I am saying they will be down, one way or the other, only temporarily and that the internets are the stocks going to make the most spectacular price rises in the next 10 years, IMO of course and should not be looked at as "internuts" I think that is where the most millionaires will be made.
I don't think the internets will be down and dead after the effects of a bear, I think they will climb much stronger than any other sector.
Of course not just anything with internet written all over it, the art is picking and choosing dot-com stocks that show the most promise of growth and market domination in their particular sector of the internet stocks.
I am saying the internets are not just another biotech fad they are a revolution that we will feel the blast from for many years to come.
We are only in the incubation period of the internet in bandwith and everyother aspect including e-commerce.....look back after 5 years and see what we have.
