John: Thanks...already read it. CC certainly didn't address restructuring or strategy. WS is looking for more constructive movement in this direction...could "punish" us tommorrow a.m. because of Benhamou's side stepping...he just does not get it! Yet...3com met its projected target by one penny and after mkt action is not reflecting a big concern. Am a little concerned over international sales...think they should be more aggressive in this area...strong dollar may be affecting us...but this is mute issue...everyone would be having the same drop in sales. Have to see how well IBM and others report in this area. Hal

The Corebuilder 9000 is 3Com's highest-end product.> The good performance of CB 9000 is very encouraging. Overall it's an OK report which is not going to do too much to the share price either way in the short term. But the prospect of the company in the high growth area is still very good and that's what the analysts are looking at. Modems and nics are long written off by everybody. Personally I have no choice but to hold for whatever comes in the future. Good luck to myself and everybody on Wednesday morning. Otherwise it's just another day. Mang
