I would advise everyone on this board to not blindly believe
everything that you read from both Roy and AR (AR especially).
Roy has proven to be very credible in the past, but I believe he
is wrong regarding EMC and I also believe AR is completely wrong
about HP. Both EMC and HP are presently doing business with McData and
this may not change, but I believe it will based on McData's cost
structure and other factors that I do not want to get into.

Actually I think the whole SAN space is interesting, and can't believe that 3COM stepped away.

There are from what I understand three new players going after a switch product in this space. Some are hybrid (GigE + FC)so I think the space is getting interesting. Couple that with the strength that NGIO seems to be showing and the High-Speed I/O space will bring the major players in eventually. I think CSCO, INTEL and others will win here BIG.

I like ANCR, I always liked ANCR. I loved them at 1-1/8 and said so, if it hadn't been for their investors abilities to issue shares at nausium last October (read dilution) I would have taken a major stake (read SEC filings) I've said it before, there has never been a market with a single winner and FC would be no exception.
