Not to mention cutomers bill information. Although, the article says the banks won't see the customer information, it is easier to say than do. Exception, Error handling is also sticky. What should be interesting is Citi's response to this.

A disturbing facet of this is the Wells statement of partial bill presentment and payment.

It sounds like the banks may cherry pick the best/easiest transactions and leave the rest to CKFR or someone else.
