I don't agree with the comments on growth rate slowing to 15%. I don't think any of us here can predict the cashflow that will be generated by the pipelines. However, Nacchio made a statement last year indicating that any debt would be paid off quickly because of the cash generated. That is why I can't see QWST as becoming an old Bell.

Something else has not been mentioned here as far as what Nacchio will do. I think .....is allowed to do may be correct. Nobody is mentioning Phil A. That is the deal maker.
