I think the general trend for COMS now is down from here. I'll buy in low 20s and then sell around $30 again in three months.

Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley's analyst has raised his estimate for fiscal 2000 by a penny to $1.08 and thinks that Palm could contribute more than 15% by the fourth quarter of fiscal 2000.

He is staying neutral because he thinks that revenue reacceleration will not be evident until a year from now, whereas First Boston's analyst thinks it could happen in about six months.
