The group went to New York but I did not. I don't know anything about a private placement. So get your facts straight loser. oh, my... after sharing a day with the group, they never told you about the PP? tsk, tsk, tsk Ok he told a group of us. I'm not back peddling here but he either said that it was done or that he had given Charlie the money to do it. You might ask others that were present when he told us.
