cody, Rugova had a personal army? Strange thing for a pacifist but who knows...this is the Balkans after all. Another interesting tidbit: It was revealed today that the CIA knew that the KLA was going to try and incite Milosevics Army to attack by staging many moves designed to provoke him. The KLA figured that if Slobo attacked, NATO might actually intervein on their behalf. It appears that it worked! Clinton was briefed about this last Summer...the plot thickens!
